Republican convention will have their registration fees paid by GOP
U.S. House candidate Kevin Cramer, and that bothers some party
activists.
Delegates pay a $75 registration fee. The cost drops to $30 if 12 Mar 2010 The Red River is expected to rise above flood
stage this weekend in Fargo and Wahpeton. Only minor flooding is
forecast in Wahpeton, but the river in Fargo-Moorhead is expected
to rise more than 10 feet in the next week and cause moderate
flooding.

night for assaulting his wife for the second time in less than a
